22s and 35s look good together lol. Look at Jerrod's truck, thats 36" Nitto Trail Grapplers on 22x12" Gear wheels. But he is damn near $4k in his setup

Yeah I love the look of the 22's and an aggressive tire. Especially with them fuel wheels lol..... but unless I get a bunch of fuck you money I ain't spending 4+ grand for a tire and wheel set up lol

These, like the Toyos, are apparently really popular and hard to get. They were able to find four of them but they came from two different suppliers. The other two will be here tomorrow, tires on Friday, lug nuts came in yesterday, and tpms sensors came in today. I hope to install everything this weekend.

I hate FedEx. Tires have been on the truck for delivery since 8:00 am and they still aren't here. I called to ask what the Fuck is going on and of course she was no help. Got the standard "We have until 8:00 to deliver, or maybe later" response. I hope like hell they are here tonight so I can at least get them mounted tomorrow. I should have called early this morning and tried to pick them up myself. I'm sure they wouldn't have let me. Fuckers.

859PM on a Saturday?

You know, FedEx Home (the only division of Ground that delivers on Saturdays) - is an outsourced group. Not that I am against outsourcing, as I've worked in that industry for the past 12 years (call centers) - but........they just don't have the drive as the regular guys at FedEx. There is no customer who wants to get his shit delivered that late in the day.

09-08-2013, 05:03 AM
Matt, you're right, I'd rather have them late on Saturday than have to wait til Monday. They just jacked up my plans. I at least wanted them by 3:00 so I could have them mounted before the tire shop closed at 5. At least they are open Sunday for a few hours.

Jeremy, I did notice that he wasn't in a regular FedEx truck and certainly wasn't the typical FedEx driver. Sucks they don't use regular guys but I can't say I blame them. Who wants to work 6 days a week delivering packages?

And I think the Jeep would look sweet with some meats on it, but I don't think I could get anything bigger than a 33 under it...

Same tires as I have.

You like them? I've read nothing but good things about them.

0212353
09-08-2013, 09:08 AM
Yeah, FedEx home works Tuesday - Saturday. Its nice in a way, as you have the availability to get stuff on Saturdays - but service isn't...well, the best.

Ours out here is nice though.....lol - my Saturday deliveries show up before 10AM. ;)

DoubleTakeDodge

You like them? I've read nothing but good things about them.

Yeah, I do like them. They perform very well. They have worn a little faster than I had hoped but until this set I have been used to street radials and a put a ton of miles on it pretty quick. As long as you aren't looking for a set that will last an exceptional number of miles than you will be pleased with your purchase.

PS, if you get red dirt on them, don't let it set long, it has stained my tires. I'm sure it would do that to almost any tire though.

myoung84

I only drive this truck about 12-15k miles a year so if I can get 2 years I'll be happy.

DoubleTakeDodge
09-08-2013, 11:46 AM
They'll last every bit of 30k miles. I was hoping for closer to 50k but it's not looking like they'll make it that far.

Couple of teaser pics for you guys. I got them mounted yesterday and took it to my favorite little wheeling spot by my house. I took a bunch of pics, but forgot to bring the camera to work this morning.

The tires did great off road. Everything was super dry so they got dusty really fast. Since I can run these at a pressure much lower than 60 psi, they ride so much better. However, I do have an unhappy TPMS system since Diablo can't adjust the threshold yet. These are also very quiet on the highway and handle pretty good, much better than the Nitto MT's I had for a short while last year. Those were super loud and rode rough. Overall, I'm extremely happy with them and I'm actually glad I went with these rather than waiting for the Toyos. And they are about 2 lbs lighter than the Toyo AT!

Well, cutting them down isn't going to work because of the rear floating axle cover. I can only cut about a half inch off which isn't going to help. So, I decided to just remove them all together. I actually like it much better. I did some quick plastidipping on the front hub to cover the rust.

myoung84
09-11-2013, 03:00 PM
I think the caps would have just gotten broken. They stuck out flush with the edge of the wheel. They could have designed the cap a lot better so it didn't stick out so much.

BMRbrnSNRbrd
09-11-2013, 10:16 PM
Do you think there might be anything universal that might work? I like the no-cap look better than those big bastards.

myoung84
09-11-2013, 10:33 PM
I've gone back and forth on a couple emails with them today and they supposedly have some other designs that might work. I should know a little more tomorrow. The problem with these is the scalloped cutouts eat up a about 2" that could otherwise be cut off. I could get the front a lot shorter but the rear axle is the problem.

myoung84
09-12-2013, 03:08 PM
LOL, yes those caps looked good.

Method sent these pics over today of two other options, the ones I have are in the center. I'm really digging the shorter all black cap on the left. Also, these alternate caps have aluminum bodies with a plastic cap rather than all plastic like mine. They really should have included either one of these with the double standards rather than the ones I have. I think I can still shorten the one on the left by maybe an inch or so. I'm still not 100% sure that I will put any caps back on at all, I think I'm liking the naked look. Unless they give me a smoking good deal, I'll just run without caps.

I have some Jeep mods coming soon! Ordered up a Volant intake and 87mm TB from Moes. I'm working with Matt to help him get kick started over on Jeep Garage. He bought his wife a 2013 Jeep and has started modding it already and has added some parts to his site. He gave me a good deal on the parts and in exchange I will post lots of pics and give an honest review of them once installed on Jeep Garage, which I know they will be awesome. Hopefully he can get a few sales out of it. As we already know, he has outstanding customer service and great prices. I think he's going to do very well on JG.

And for you Kyle, he said the S&B intake for the 2500s has been bumped up again and we're now looking at November...

Was playing around on the Ram Trucks website and built me a nice 1500, a fully loaded 2014 Laramie 4x4 with 8 speed, 3.92 gears, and air suspension. MSRP is $51,875, exactly $5 more than the Jeep I bought but I would be able to get a lot better discount on the Ram. Part of me wishes I would have bought the truck rather than the Jeep. I'd have a lot more room with a bed cover and I think my wife would like the truck better. Oh well, maybe in a couple years I'll trade the Jeep on a 5th gen Ram. Those should be out for a 2016 model year.

you know........there are a lot of neat things about the new trucks - but I don't see my bitch going anywhere anytime soon.

51K for a truck, and I know now........I would order one EXACTLY how I want it, and that f'er won't be cheap.

Honestly, I'm really wishing that I had another spot in the garage........I want a lowered RCSB for a toy now.....

BMRbrnSNRbrd
10-04-2013, 03:30 PM
My next truck will be a 5th Gen. Maybe a RC if I convince the wife we should keep the current truck since it will be paid off then.

myoung84
10-04-2013, 03:38 PM
Wife still likes the Jeep but I think I just like the truck a little more. I can't wait to see what they do with the 5th gens. The air suspension and 3.0L diesel would be pretty damn sweet.

And I'll never buy another new vehicle off the lot, a custom order is the way to go. There were things I settled for on my 2010 and I lucked out and got my Power Wagon pretty much exactly how I wanted but being able to order EXACTLY what you want makes it a little easier to drop that kind of money. Also, when you tell a dealer that a custom order is the only way you're buying a vehicle, it takes some of the BS out of the deal with them trying to get you into something that day.

My truck is going to be around for a long time though. With everything I've done to it, it doesn't make much sense to trade it in anytime soon. Plus, my suspension mods won't work on the new suspension and I'm sure it will be a while for companies like Carli and Thuren to develop an awesome suspension package. I would absolutely love to add some more power though, either from a stroker engine or a RIPP supercharger... I'm thinking a 400 CI stroker would be pretty damn awesome!

This is the first sunroof I've had that's leaked. No problems with the one in my truck, no problems with my Charger, no problems with my POS Exploder, and no problems with my 89 Corolla. Jeep has had problems with this panoramic sunroof since they came out in 2011. You'd think they'd have figured it out by now. It's a shame because I really like it.

Anyone have days they ask themselves why the fuck they are married? I've had A LOT of them lately...

0212353
10-11-2013, 12:33 PM
Rarely. Typically only after the wife drives me nuts because she doesn't drive like I want her to, or the van gets a new scratch, or when the house looks like shit after I picked up stuff and walked off for a few hours.......

Crap, thats most days...........

There's days we don't see the world the same way, and kids thrown in the mix REALLY fuck shit up. LOL (kids are great, but man those boogers sure do a 180 on your life).

kids thrown in the mix REALLY fuck shit up. LOL (kids are great, but man those boogers sure do a 180 on your life).

This is the problem. My wife has a classic case of wanting her cake and eating it too. We talked a year ago and decided that her going back to work after 12 weeks was best for everyone. We don't have to alter our lifestyle and the baby gets whatever she needs and wants. I told her we could make it work with her not working but some things have to go, to include the truck, home renovations, eating out every night, etc. We had the same conversation before the baby was born to make sure we were both on the same sheet still, all was good. Now it's changed and I'm the biggest dick in the world for "making" her work, yet she's not willing to give up anything, including the truck which she thinks we need. The truck is nothing more than a cool toy that costs me $1000 a month after the payment, insurance, gas, etc. Yes it's nice to have a truck, but it's not needed, especially a gas guzzling Power Wagon. She also didn't need an expensive ass Jeep. I could have easily bought a $30k entry level SUV and saved a ton of money. Too late now. I'd have to scratch a $15k check if I had to sell both vehicles today. I've given her all the available financial options and she wants the only one that's not feasible. It's kind of difficult to cut out $3k per month of expenses overnight... I guess we don't need good health care coverage either, Obamacare will save us all...

Sorry for the venting, it's just extremely frustrating. My wife's not stupid by any means but she's letting her emotions get in the way of reality and what's really best of the baby. Her sitting on her ass holding the baby for 12 hours a day is not good for either of them. I'm hoping things will settle down after a few weeks. Monday was her fist day back...

Kinda figured this was part of it.......

No, being a stay at home mom - not the best. My wife does it for 3 months a year (teacher) and it DRIVES ME NUTS. Get to work. LOL

I'm surprised my wife hasn't brought it up again. Especially after Wednesday....I made more than day than she makes in a month. (she gets paid peanuts...but still a great day for me!).

I get the idea of staying at home, but this isn't the 50s.

Go buy a 1999 Ford Explorer and say "thats your ride now". Oh, you are home all day? Lets see how you cook. Want it to be the 50s around here, get on with it.

(ummm...........part of me is joking there, but........WTF)

I can understand your frustration to a point Morgan. I don't have kids so I'm out in that department.. but that follows my situation with Emily. She constantly pushes for me to quit my job and work near home so I can be home every night. She doesn't really care that I love my job and it pays really well.

she loves having nice things and being able to do the things we do... like me paying for a 7k honeymoon in some remote island.

She has a very good head on her shoulders and is very independent. She works her ass off just like me but makes very little at her job. We both work extremely hard for what we have. But I get sick of the arguments because of her wanting me to quit my job.. we literally fight 3 to 4 times a week because of it.

There are weeks where I'm like, fuck this shit but I can understand where she is coming from to a point. But if I didn't make the money I do then things would be really tough for our current living style. I would without a doubt have to ditch the truck and my smaller hobbies like music.

But I just keep pressing on because at the end of the day we still have a lot to be thankful for but she can be such a pain in the ass about everything.

Again I can't really compare to your situation because we have no kids but I feel the frustration buddy.

no offence.....but you are 19 man. At 19 I had no desire to get married.

:GetMoney: <---- that was my goal at 19.

I'll be 35 soon, been married now for 11 years. (yeah, didn't take long after 19 to change my mind!)

Found the right person, she puts up with my shit, I put up with hers. Our arguments now really revolve around moving. I want to.....she's being a pain about it. But, there's a nice chunk of change burning a hole in my wallet - I told her I was going to go buy a nice RCSB. Next day "hey, lets drive by that house you were thinking about" :hmmm2:

myoung84
10-12-2013, 11:57 AM
Yep, the thought of marriage at 19 was no where in sight. Lol

My wife wants a new house too, and so do I in a way, but Damn I hate moving. She's also going to have to agree to keep working since she wants 3000+ square feet with a huge yard. That's not cheap...

I will say that I am happily married to the right person. She just pushes me close to the edge at times. Venting a little certainly helps. Lol

Jeremy, I'd say get a house first. You're going to want a garage stall for both princesses... ;)

http://www.zillow.com/homedetails/1136-Teson-Rd-Hazelwood-MO-63042/2619754_zpid/

Inside isn't exactly what I want, but that garage.......dude...........who cares about the kitchen with THAT garage?!!?

myoung84
10-12-2013, 12:49 PM
The That garage is awesome! I could have fit my boat in there with that tall door, needed a 10' tall door. A little granite in the kitchen and painting those cabinets white that would be a great kitchen. The living room looks a little tight though. We ruled out so many houses simply because it wasn't a good living room for my big TV and surround sound. I love my 6.1 surround sound. :D

0212353
10-12-2013, 12:52 PM
yeah, just need to go look inside next. Its been on the market for a LOOONG time.

Another one popped the other day in that same area......2 attached 2 car garages. TITS! Walk out basement, great deck.....no freakin' back yard. ARGH!

myoung84
10-12-2013, 01:33 PM
A big backyard is at the top of our list. We'd like to be able to separate the kiddo and dog areas. A 3 car garage was on the list this last time but I settled for the 2 car since we liked the rest are the house so much. Not letting that one slide this time.

0212353
10-12-2013, 01:37 PM
yeah.....I don't know how long the dog will be around, or if we'll get another one. Yard isn't huge, but I'd love to have SOME yard. The other place is right next to a park though.....which is pretty slick.

We always had a plan of 2........but after number 1, had 3 miscarriages.......that will really fuck with ya. But, our first one would have put us with 2 kids under 2 in the house. EEK! I like the spacing we have between them. One is 8.5, other just turned 4.

Mine turns 5 in January. If we were going to have another, I wanted them closer but it just wasn't in the cards. Now even Sarah is starting realize that another just may not work with out big future plans (like those ever work, lol).

0212353
10-13-2013, 10:34 AM

I have always been ok with just one, but I also come from a rather large family. Sarah only has one sibling. I think, as terrible as this is to admit, that I see everything is dollars and cents and she doesn't. She is ok with just knowing that we will "make it work." I, on the other hand, need a plan.

I know JJ has some experience with hydrodipping, but does anyone have experience with DIY kits? I'm bored with my color matched interior plastics and am debating on doing some dipping with something subtle, like the brushed aluminum film.

Also, and this goes for JJ as well, have you guys dipped over a darker color? Say, oh I don't know...off the top of my head, mineral gray? How does it come out? Part of me thinks that the brushed aluminum film over mineral gray might give the perfect, very subtle outcome I'm looking for.

LOVE the combo there.

It truly depends on what you put over it (your film). Its hard to say on the brushed aluminium, wonder how much of the base shows through that.....

how bad did it run ya on those connectors?

myoung84
10-30-2013, 09:12 PM
The initial ones I ordered weren't cheap. That's about $20 sitting there. The 14 pin was about $45. I've since learned that the Delphi pins, which are about a buck a piece, are compatible with the Molex pins which are less than 10 cents each, even cheaper when you buy in bulk. That alone saves a ton of money when you're talking about building 25 of these. I've also changed plans since ordering the parts and will be running a harness all the way back to the rear axle rather than using the expensive 14 pin connector under the hood. The 4 pin connector is a lot cheaper, even when figuring in four 25' runs of 16 gauge wire. So, I went from about $75 in plugs and pins to about $20. Not too bad. All the extra parts start to add up, 150' of wire, lots of wire loom, relays, expensive adjustable relay board, etc. It's all coming together nicely though.

0212353

myoung84
10-30-2013, 09:28 PM
Part of me wishes I wouldn't have gotten into this! Building one isn't so bad but I'm kind of dreading having to build a bunch of these. Probably going to do 25 at first. I've got about 12 people that have assured me that they wanted one, but you know how that goes... I'm having to drop about $4k in parts so it's kind of important that I sell a bunch of them. Lol

0212353
10-30-2013, 09:39 PM
I fully understand.

Draw up the schematic for it, pics, parts used, etc - send it to me. I'll get it to my guys and we can see about sending it overseas.

Put it this way........a part that was normally $20 I thought I was doing great to get at $13......it was $4 in China. Adds up a LOT when my first run of the adapters was 115 sets.......second run was 100 sets, and I ordered another 85 sets today. ;)

myoung84
10-30-2013, 09:59 PM

0212353

10-31-2013, 01:47 PM
hell, there are a lot of guys that do headlights, its the fun part of having the balls to rip them open. LOL (or pure stupidity on some of these lights).

The adapters I sell, man........thats turned into a LOT more than I ever expected. I wish they were a bit cheaper, but after all of the lovely connectors, pins and now resistors go into it......hell, it bites. BUT.........and I shit you not.........I've talked to a few dealers around the nation and Canada, they hardwire them most of the time - at a cost of 3-4 hours labor each. Can you imagine paying 3-4 hours of labor for that? AND you can't just unplug the damn thing. NO.

I literally just got in my shipment of the 2nd round about 2 weeks ago.......and another order in already. I simply don't want to run out. Last time I ordered when I had 44 sets left. I was doing great until my german friend bought 10 sets of lights in one order (surf and turf for dinner that night bitches!) LOL

How'd you like the 8 speed? It's so damn smooth. My only gripe about the drive train in the Grand Cherokee and Durango is that they dropped to 3.09 gears in the Hemi while the V6 and diesel get the 3.45s. It likes to downshift on the hills but in all honesty if I didn't have the exhaust I wouldn't know it was dropping gears.

So......not something I typically talk about with guys.......but wtf

Back in early September I hopped on the scale.......to find it say "err" Oh fack. The scale goes to 300 lbs. Yeah, I'm a big dude, didn't think that big though. D'oh.......

Anyway, got a new scale, and decided to get to work on this. Wife had been pestering me about some "challenge" someone at her work did (and promotes) - I figured why not.....So, 9/26 was day one. Started at 305.4 pounds. I'm 6'2", so at least I have height going for me, eh? nah....too big. So, we both started the diet at the same time.

Today is day 39, I'm at 276. Not bad, almost at 30 pounds, and will more than likely be there tomorrow. ;)

I drink 2 shakes a day, they can be whatever - its a mix......I do a coffee one every morning. Afternoon one can be a variety of stuff, try to stay away from the coffee one.....kinda lights me up! LOL Eat a nice meal at dinner.....and I hop on my totalgym for a bit every morning. Feeling better!

My goal is to be at 250 by Christmas, and I'll get it ;) My next goal is to be at 215-220 by my 35th birthday, at the end of April. Then, we'll see.........I've never been a stick, nor do I want to be. Just healthier.

myoung84
11-03-2013, 12:36 PM
That's impressive! I'm jealous of your will power. Lol. I did the shake thing a little over a year ago and dropped from 225 to 200, found out my wife was pregnant and shot back up in a few months. She was a bad influence on eating habits. ;)

I'm at 230 now and really need to do something. My ideal weight is 180 but I'll settle for anything below 200. :D

0212353
11-03-2013, 12:47 PM
Its not as bad as I thought it would be......honestly.

Lets look at yesterday, typical day:

Breakfast - coffee shake
1030 - handful of almonds
Lunch - Orange Dream / pineapple shake (basically, milk, OJ and pineapples with the shake mix)
Mid afternoon snack - skipped (but would normally be almonds, pistachios, fruit, carrots, etc)
Dinner - wife was a bit nuts last night.....but we had crab legs and sushi. LOL - yum.
Late snack - notta. Wasn't hungry

I sat down one night and just did a quick check on what I used to eat.......egads! One day I consumed 4200 calories and 210 grams of fat. Errr.........dumbass. It is what it is, I'm not hiding from it, moving from it thats for sure.

The biggest thing for me? Not going nuts in the evening. It wasn't uncommon for me to get home from work, down a 2 liter of soda in an evening and have a hugeass dinner....followed up chips or other bullshit around 9PM.

I just don't feel hungry hardly at all anymore, and when I am - its the conscious thought of "is that really worth it?". Tastes have really changed, and that lovely Jimmy Johns Gargantuan (my absolute favorite sandwich) - really no desire for that anymore. ;)

We just had to do biometric screening for work and insurance.. Didn't have a choice... anyways.

I have been trying to do the healthy thing with the wedding coming around next year but I was pretty surprised with the results of my screening.

I am currently at 196 with a BMI of 19% (It's not great but a lot better then I thought) I am 6'1 and the doctor said my ideal weight was about 185... I just need to start hitting the gym and getting "Randy Savage" aka "getting Savage"

So that's my goal this winter is to be in the gym 7 days a week for at least an hour or 2. It's nice because one of the guys I work with is into body building and healthy shit and he goes to the gym at least 7 days a week s I will have someone to work out with.. But this dude is right on his game with like 0% BMI....... But he's cool though and will help me out.

I hope to start doing this soon.

NOw a buddy of mine and I work out four days a week...like real free weight lifing. I'm at 205. At only 5'10ish, my "ideal" weight would be like 170...hell no. I was 185 and solid in highschool. Thats what most people say Morgan. It was the "easy outs" that got me. Take today for instance...what sounded good for breakfast on the way to work? (I didn't take the time to make my meals last night like I normally do) Donuts. I bought two. At lunch? Fuck it, I already screwed up breakfast. That's an easy out. Instead of trying to correct my mistake, I just say screw it all day and really regret it later.

It snowballs pretty damn fast. There's a lot of times when I'll get a sausage egg and cheese mcgriddle for breakfast, more fast food for lunch, and fast food again for dinner. There's probably some days where I consume 5000 calories and the most exercise I do is getting up to take a leak. I was 150 lbs through high school and college and was in pretty good shape. Not so much anymore. I get winded carrying the baby with the car seat into day care. It's pathetic and in all honesty i need to make some changes before I have a heart attack or stroke. Not really kidding either...

0212353
11-03-2013, 09:22 PM
5000 calories? Nah...

Here was one day....for me, that I sat down and calculated....

2 Sausage Muffins and a Large Iced Coffee
Jimmy Johns Gaurgantuan for lunch, large Dr Pepper
1/2 large Meat Lovers stuffed crust pizza for dinner, and probably an entire 2 liter from the time I got home til dinner.

That was 4-4200 calories, 200+ grams of fat.......and makes me want to vomit thinking about it now.

As for "ideal" weight.........I think I read for me it was 180. I don't see it. I was 180 in high school.......still had a gut though. I've "evened" out a bit now....but I can't see where being a stick is good either. lol

Kyle, I saw some chatter about the AEV Ram on FB and thought I'd share what I know about it. The fender flares are more for function than they are fashion. The fenders have been trimmed to allow for 40" tires (Yes, those are 40's!) on a 3" front lift and the flares are designed to cover all of that up. Unless you want to take a sawzall to your fenders, then these flares are not for you. LOL

This Ram was build by AEV Conversions, same company that does the Hemi swaps in the Wranglers. They build shit that works, not shit that's flashy like 95% of the Sema vehicles.

This is much how ice/snow expedition vehicles are built, to allow maximum sized tires without ridiculously tall lifts.

I did a lot of reading on this truck. I agree that it is by no means built for looks like all the other SEMA trucks.

I know the flares have to be like that, gotta cover up them 40's lol. It is a very well thought out and executed project by AEV. It's a bad ass truck.

I finally figured out why my remote start stopped working.

Hood status........open. Da faq? No.........wait........I never installed the damn switch for that. Looked under the hood, spiffy silver wire, just "there".........Hmmm.......no clue where the switch is, probably trashed. It worked for over 2 years like this.......eh.

Grounded it. No go. Hmmm........gave it 12V. BAM, remote start works again. 8 minutes, and I'll be loving it when it gets cold again! (which I'm sure will be very damn soon)

Strange. The hood circuit should be open when the hood is closed and grounded when it's open. Glad it's working again though.

0212353
11-20-2013, 01:02 AM
I sell the '13 lights out there every once in a while. When I have a few more than I typically stock.........shit, might as well right?

I overprice them to account for 2 things. 1 - eBay fees (10%!!), and 2 - fucktard idiot questions. LOL

Anyway, sold a set Saturday. Guy has sent me literally 45 messages. A bunch before with questions (ok, no big...). Then, asked for tracking 2 hours after the sale (Saturday......purchased at 430PM). Ummmm.........these aren't shipping that late on a Saturday. We had about 10 messages about that. (derrr)

I ship the lights on Monday, they get to him today (he's in Chicago). One is "broke / defective". I test each one........so somehow between here and Chicago it miraculously stopped working.

The fun part? On my auction I clearly state "no warranty is expressed or implied". No returns either...........but, at the end of the day, I want to get the guy up and running. I ask him a few things (making sure they are plugged in right........) - he files a "item not received as described" claim on my account. Oh........really? Now I'm not enthused. Butthole.

myoung84
11-20-2013, 10:03 AM
So you're helping him get them installed and working correctly and he files a claim on you? Yep, you just went into the fuck you figure it out yourself category!

0212353
11-20-2013, 10:05 AM
pretty much.

looks like buyers remorse..........he started out saying the pass side doesnt work, now its the drivers. No. f that............its clearly stated on the auction, no returns. No warranty.

Don't like that? Buy 'em from the dealer at double the cost, then figure out how to wire 'em up. @Q#_R!@I#R_Q

I think a pin got pushed in or something.....I've never had a dead one. If it was just the highs/lows......or turns.........maybe (again, pins). Its all easily cared for, but hard to do when someone just says "they are boxed up, I'm shipping them back tomorrow".

Went hunting for the first time ever this past week. Didn't shoot anything but had a great time. It's nice to get away from the city! I didn't expect to not have phone data service but it was pretty nice not being able to see all the work emails coming in! Wednesday was a clear day and the ice/sleet started coming down Thursday afternoon. We really didn't see much over the short time we were there (Wednesday-Friday). The other two guys I was with both saw a couple of small does and the only thing I saw were 5 does at a feeder. No bucks were spotted, but we were a little behind the rut. The week prior would have been much better. I almost took one of the does Thursday evening but decided to wait it out for a buck at least until our last day, but we saw nothing on Friday. I had a good time none the less and the truck got to see it's first real snow since I've owned it! I've had it almost two years and it's never been in anything more than a dusting. I'm very impressed with how these Cooper STT's do in the snow and more importantly, ice. Anyways, on to the pics! I also made a new bull friend. I was packing up to head in for the morning and this guy followed me for a quarter mile back to the truck. LOL

If I hit the lottery I would buy that truck. Although it might need different wheels in the rear for the 405 conversion.

I'm thinking about changing my exhaust setup to something a bit quieter. I guess I'm just getting old because my 14" Magnaflow is starting to get annoying. I'm wanting something more like my Jeep, a bit louder than stock but still mellow. I'm thinking a Magnaflow 22" will do the trick. Am I crazy? Lol

Funny you should say that Morgan. I think I'm done with this exhaust. It just really annoys me anymore.

I told Emily of Christmas that I was looking to either go back stock or put a 22" on there like you said.

Idk what happened... like you said, guess I'm getting old and things like that are starting to get annoying lol. Might do some shopping today actually.

I've just really gotten used to the Jeep. I like the growl much more than the roar I have now.

I hear you man.. I rode in one of my agents 2013 ram last week although I did't ask but assumed that it was a 22" magnaflow by the sound.... and man it sounded good. He had it put on a few weeks ago but it was the perfect tone.

I just stopped at the local shop to get prices on the 22".... I might be buying online.

Where are you looking Morgan? I'll prolly order one today as well.

I looked at Moe's Performance and he has a 22" offset/offset for $114 but the one I have is a offset/center. I'll do some searching this evening or tomorrow to see what I can find. I can probably have it welded on for $75 or so.

My AT3030 is center in and center out. I'll keep looking as well.

I'll crawl under the truck tomorrow and take some measurements to see what fits.

I swear by my setup............

Cutout, and stock with resos removed. love that I can fire it up when I want, and still have a slight purr when its closed.

I think you're right JJ. Since the 22" is just a bit louder than stock, I think it would be great paired with a cutout. My only concern with a cutout is taking it offroad. Not sure how well it would hold up to being slathered in mud. I guess as long as you keep it closed it would be alright.

eh, it'll burn off. ;)

I have a brand new fuckin' one here..........

My controller went out. I didn't have time to diagnose it. Bought a new one. figured before I crawled under it.........check that controller. replace the "brain" - all set. So, I have all but the brain and remote.....fun.

I have the 22" and loved it until I cut off my resonators when I swapped bumpers to the non-cutout style. I really want to have the resonators welded back on. The 22" Magnaflow coupled with the stock resonators and the cutout are perfect. You get the truck to sound as it should have stock, but can get stupid loud when you want.

I think I'm actually going with the 24", it shouldn't be much of a difference. The 22" is a 5x11 and the 24" is a 5x8 which will fit a little better I think. The Power Wagon skid plates make it a little tougher to fit this big muffler.

I'm also going to attempt to install myself with the butt style band clamps. I think it will work out pretty good if not, I'll have it welded up. I've never been very impressed with the local guys welding up a muffler. I've used several around Tulsa and it always looks like a hack job.
