Well spent the whole night wiring up new gauges (I hate wiring) got the done and took it for a drive, boosted up and blew the egt sensor out of the manifold. Y'all ever heard a cummins with a mad exhaust leak? Sounds kinda like a train so I re-tapped the mani and got it back in. After a couple hot passes through the neighborhood which I'm sure the neighbors loved, I pull it in the driveway and I'm about to put up tools and I notice the truck kinda rocking. So I put it in reverse and BANG shirt into drive and BANG back to reverse, BANG. Pretty sure one of the back u-joints are toasted and I leave for the NHRDA world finals in ennis, tx in the morning.... FML.... anybody wanna come over? I've got beer and some bombin hot links?? :P
