f'n fans. I just went in and checked my cost on them again.............they went UP.

I used to get them for like 89, now my cost is 105. Shipping is a BITCH on those. Even on my FedEx account........it was around $30-40 to ship. 37x10x27. Only 11 pounds, but dimensional weight SUCKS.

Well I have to send the Mid tube back so they can adjust it... Seems i'm the first 2500 that it has gone on and the reason it fought me so much is because the fitment differs from the 1500...

The 45* tube that connects on the throttle body has a pinch in it and you can see it in that last picture I posted so they want me to send it back so they can correct it so future 2500 buyers can get the right fitment.

Well the truck got all finished up and I picked her up this afternoon..... as you can see the gods decided to open up and dump rain for the next 3 or 4 days so i'm sorry the pictures were taken in the rain.. I will be going back home this weekend and i'll get some real photos of her all done up :D

They kept it indoors while they waited for me to come pick it up and they had it all waxed and clay bar'd up and man did she look good.. I should have taken pictures when it was in the garage.... Sorry

I really love how everything turned out and am very happy with it.... besides when I went to pay for it they decided to jump the price up considerably which really pissed me off because it was not the price we agreed on.

Yes the ram head is missing because i'm working on it still but will be reinstalled this weekend.

This will be the last mod for awhile..... my woman is fixing to leave me if I do anything else to the truck....... :killer:

Alright guys.. So I sold my light bar today and I need some advice from my buddies..

Should I go with a 32" light bar or... a set of custom headlights for the truck?

If I get the 32" Light bar it will be headed to Rok-Tek so they can build me a custom bracket so I can mount it inbetween the tow hooks.

I agree with you Dave. I was planning on running the large shroud and doing switchbacks as well. No crazy halo stuff just a simple paint and retro.

Although I was going to a party this weekend and was out in the sticks and really could have used a mass light output lol.. But you are correct dave I don't think it would get used as much as the headlights.

Later down the road if I really wanted to go with a light bar I could always nab one.

Yes.. V-Leds claim these are "Can-Bus" proof... I guess the plate lights work how our headlights work.

They are new and I think I am one of the first ones to pick them up because no one had reviews for them. But they are a new product.

All the lights I got from Retro Solutions kept flickering.

A word to future buyers of these VLEDS plate lights.... You have to reverse the metal conductors (little prongs) or the lights will not work. PITA but they are bright as shit!

I also received my Pillar Pod for my Bully Dog tuner... Cannot wait to install this thing!
