Yes they are. Tire size is 285/70/17.

I want to put 315/70/17 on there.. think ill have any issues with rubbing.

Probably going to rub the control arms... You'll either need higher offset wheels or new control arms. Might be a good time to give the guys at Carli a call...

you think a set of 295/70R17 would give me any problems? or 285/75/17's?

I think those would probably work. There's a few guys on DT with Power Wagons running the 285/75, which is only an inch taller than stock. I think at worst you might need a 2.5" level spacer.
