I'm not sure if it covers the oil cap but it does sit up high so I'm sure a funnel with a flexible neck would work.

All but the front 8" of it.  I actually put it in my truck to see how it fit and it basically leaves an 8" gap at the front.

The oil fill is really easy to get to, no problem!
I'm pretty sure you will love it! Buy a couple small hose clamps for the breather filter, didn't come with any

i put a small tube on the end of a funnel to solve my oil filler problems. works like a peach

Well, a big let down regarding the Vararam. It was supposed to ship this week, Tuesday or Wednesday is what I was told, but according to Steve at VR it's not going be ready now until Monday or Tuesday...damnit.

That sucks. I'm looking forward in seeing if this gives you any MPG increase. I am thinking about ordering me one. An extra 1 mpg on my truck would be awesome!
