Default My truck is slow...

Ran a few 1/4 mile tests tonight and the best I could get was a 15.03...I don't know what the 60' was but I know it's what's killing me...my truck is such a dog off the line...damn 3.55s.

Nah, had them before and they moaned too much. Plus, with all the interstate driving I do, I want 4.10s.

15:03 eh? I guess that's slow...sort of. How much does your truck weigh?

I know vehicles are so much faster now...but to put some perspective on this...a 15.03 is faster than...

...a 77 Aspen R/T with a 360 2v...15.20.

....'74 Roadrunner 340...15.2...<<runs mid 12s now.

....'86 firebird T/A 16.94

...78 z-28 camaro...15.7

...87 Monte Carlo SS...Low 16s with a 3:73 gear!

and last but not least ...66 Chrysler Newport 440 6V 15.2

I guess it's just slow by today's standards...it's a complete dog off the line.

I think the truck is north of 5400 pounds.
