And the Madness Begins!!!
So I have started tracking some of the music, getting back in the swing of things and relearning some of what I have been putting off.
I'm going to start hopefully keeping video logs of what I'm doing with some of the music.
Here is a little madness for your ears!

No. It's all recorded separately. Guitars, bass, drums. Once all tracks are laid one by one I then take them and piece them all together. Its a long drawn out process and very meticulous but in the end it sounds awesome. That little thing you heard was only an intro to a song about 40 seconds it took about 4 hours to take all the tracks and match them together so that everything plays in accordance with each other.

I will upload another video tomorrow showing the breakdown of how adding tracks works.. in that one little snip there was 3 guitar parts, sample fx, bass guitar, and drum tracks. Every guitar track is recorded separately. ie lead guitar, rhythm guitar so on and so on. And to get the best sound in my opinion recording track by track just sounds so much better then the entire band recording all together on the same track.
