They spin around all the time and are loose, when I get some new ones I'm using gorrila glue on them lol

Just use a very small bead of clear silicone so that you can remove them if necessary.

Don't use anything too strong, they have to remove those when they balance your tires. Maybe a couple tiny dabs of silicone would do the trick.
If they will fit your truck, send me your address and I'll mail all 3 of them to you.
