many prizes will be drawn all day, club or not, but you do need to register to get in...if your vehicle is not registered, hard for people to see your cool truck in a parking lot or grass field...just sayin, might as well join and come in...may win an award or door prize that is 10x your entry fee.

I don't want to be told when and where i need to be and all that.. I am just wondering if the ORC counts as a club in the eyes of the show. Like can we enter as a club even though we're not technically a legit club?

that idk about that, ive never been in a club that you "have to be at the meetings" except once a year was a mandatory meeting, we just tried to make it to as many as possible since everyone has a life not all can be there at every single meeting or gathering.

yes, if you all come in as a group, you can be a club for the day, we don't investigate if your a real club.

so we can not be a club unless we charge you guys to be around us when we say so? i thought we sorted all that BS long ago? do biker gangs chrage fees and have schedules and what not? if not maybe we can change the name to the oklahoma ram gang. west side

ive been in clubs and they didnt charge a cent to be in them we had to by our own decals and shirts and what not since they didnt raise money with dues tho, unless we did a fundraiser to buy everyone a shirt. i think that what we should do!
