BTW you might have to adjust your ebrake. It may be too tight as well.

You may have to reset your speedo for the tire size too. My conversion math suggests you're about 10 mph slower than your speedometer indicates.

Actually..you should've pulled the axles and seen if the backing plates can be swapped. The newer rams use both a larger shoe and wheel...
