The one I have now is an Interstate battery and it is big. Oversized matter of fact, but that's good if I ever add more electronic stuff to the truck

I just went outside to test it out and it started...

I just went outside to test it out and it started up! Let it idle for a minute and it did fine! I'm so relieved!!

Ok just curious... but how much would a good battery run me? I don't really want to get a cheap walmart brand because it'll probably just go out in a year or two. What do you all recommend?

Well I've had it on the charger for almost 3...

Well I've had it on the charger for almost 3 hours now and it still hasn't moved on the charger. Still at 4 amps, and I checked it with a volt meter, it's pumping 27 volts in to the battery

I'm going to rewire it for sure. I already found that blue wire under the steering wheel, just have to do it. So I guess I need to wire the power wire coming from the battery to the accessory wire...

So I went out to my truck after school to leave and guess what, it was dead. Remember the thread I put about wiring my lights behind the grille into an acc. wire? Well I'm gonna be doing that soon...
