Why doesn't my bouncy truck bounce on this site?

Someone needs to turn the bouncyness switch on, on the site

How are you inserting it? Upload or Linking it? What size is it?

I tried both ways. It's 100x100 and 7.78 KB.

When I link from photobucket in a post it works fine, but as an Avatar, it doesn't...

How do you make a bouncy avatar?

PM me the img Morgan.. or try resizing it to 80x80

There's a guy on another ram forum that does them. He is the creator of bouncingtrucks.com.
