Consider me VERY tempted

I'm really thinking about adding a 2500 bumper to my truck, painted to match of course. I don't want the grill or hood though. I need to find someone to fab up some brackets.

That bitch is bad dude..... I just seen a 2500 bumper for sale on Craig's list the other night

I love that idea. I like the design of them and it would set your truck apart a little bit. Also would make the fender flares look better!!

And no Dave........ I'm not buying a road armor bumper so you can get my bumper... you already got the flares hahaha

I literally just thought of that Kyle...and it's the right color!!! The only reason I'm not buying the one for sale in Tulsa is the fab work needed for the mounts. I have no one that does that kind of work around here. Think your cousin could figure it out without raping me? I would also need the pieces for under the headlights made.

Hahaha that's funny.

But.... Just realized that the 2500/3500 front fenders are different than the 1500 fenders... the 3/4 ton fenders have a piece that go under the headlight to fill the space between the lights and the bumper where your cover goes all the way to the light. Unless your cover goes over that piece of the fender?

That is not a piece of the fender, it's an additional part.

DoubleTakeDodge 10-10-2012 02:54 PM

oh ok. That makes it alot easier then. LMC might would have them but they can be pricey
