Oh I completely understand that. I did a partial remodel on my house when I bought it and in the spring I'm remodeling my kitchen and dining room with new floors, counters, back splash, texture, and paint.

yep, as soon as the piering is done I will be making some upgrades. New driveway is the next thing.

Tearing the driveway out and repouring or just asphalt?

New concrete....I can't imagine working on asphalt in 100+ temps...wait, I've done that.
