So I stopped in to atire shop today to have my tires balanced because the rear tires were causing the whole inside of the truck to shake....

So I took it in and dropped it off... First off the kid that got in it to drive it into the bay looked like a drug dealer that just got out the pin and had long curley hair looking like a stoner...

So They get done with it and I jump in it and haul ass to a meeting with a client. When I got back to my office I go inside and one of my workrs goes out to have a smoke and noticed my wheels were fucked up.. so he comes in and gets me........ OMFG! I fucking flipped out all 4! not 1 or 2 wheels but all FOUR are fucked up... I went inside and called them but they had already
close... God be with the manager and that kid tomorrow when I go in there

Kyle, holy shit buddy.

First of all, keep your cool. Who's the company? Hopefully a good sized company.

Second, when they agree to deal, don't forget they have insurance for this sort of thing. Keep in mind buddy, this should net you some aftermarkets as they will be FAR cheaper than stock wheels.

I was real cool when I wrote my email to the owner of the company... and it is Kost Tire and Auto they are a good sized company they are all over up here in NY and PA.. and I called my buddy at the dealer and he told me the wheels were $350 per wheel, $1400

I just can't believe he did that much damage

So I spoke with the manager....... His first response after looking at the wheels was "It's typical to see damage like this after installing weights"

Really? i'm biting my tongue at this point and he tells me he is going to get ahold of the regional manager at there head office and he would call me back...
