Cold Air Intake

Im planning on getting a cold air intake system. Anyone have some advice on what brand to get? Im trying to get one that isnt awfully expensive but also not the cheapest brand.

Those that have the Vararam intake, how do you like it? I just bought one and wanted some opinions. I won't be able to play with mine until I get home in a couple of months.

I kinda wanted a vararam, but the wife works "in the industry" at an exhaust wholesaler, and they currently only do K&N and a few other brands of CAI, so I went with the K&N. it's ready to be put on when an get home this week, if I notice much (or any) difference, I'll post it up. Now if they would just start carrying BullyDog........

I had a K&N on my 06 5.7 when I had it, and it worked great. When I traded it in for my 10 a buddy of mine put it on his 06 4.7. You could tell a big difference. I've heard some good things about the Varraram so I went out on a limb and got one. Took about 3 weeks for them to ship it from Varraram. Next monthe I'll be home and take some pics and post if I notice any difference in HP and MPG.
