Okay..

Pacesetter ceramic coated headers
high-flow magnaflow cats
vararam intake
custom tune, or maybe a superchip, OR a diablosport trinity
and possibly a dana 60 or some sort of posi rear end,
and might have a buddy help me make some traction bars ;)

any suggestions? or tell me what ya thing.

i think the tune is something i wanna do after the headers and intake,

oh and i almost forgot. Bigger throttle body or throttle body spacer, as far as power for them money?

I loved it.... I didn't realize how much difference the chip made until I set my truck back to stock to take the hour drive to the dealership. it felt so bogged down on stock

You will get the same benefits from the tuner now vs after the other stuff, so if you can swing it I would pick it up. As far as a tb spacer, they do nothing for our trucks.

I was always told put all the bolt ons you want to have on your truck before you tune it, maybe that's only for dyno or custom tunes /:

That is for only dyno and custom tunes.

Add an electric fan to the list also.

looks like you have a good plan time to execute.

electric fan? just extra cooling?
i might need a tranny cooler too

The electric fan is a replacement for your mechanical (clutch) fan. That frees up a little power but throttle response is the biggest benefit.

how does that electric fan work? i mean is it best to buy some kind of control unit for the fan? or is there a way to wire to a sensor to come on at a certain degrees?

What's the difference in result?

I would say sway bars. no need for traction bars unless u plan to race alot. and even then I would wait till u have more motor mods.

true. the sway bars would help corners at higher speeds but i decided i was dumb for considering either because i dont road race and i still have a stock truck so unless i win the lottery and start dumping $$$$$$ into my truck theres no need to consider them yet
