Hood wont close?

My hood will not fully close for some reason drivers side shuts all the way down passengerside has a huge ugly gap its like its trying to close lop sided. Heres a pic of the side that wont go down i cant figure out why.....

Notice the grille also is gapped forward looking...

You didn't f up your hinge did you?

Doesn't look like it's even connected to the passenger side fender hinge.

I didnt mess with the hinge at all just raised the hood and now it wont shut...

If i cant fix it by end of this month im just going to order a reverse hood kit or a split hood kit and then completly get rid of stock hinges

Did it come loose anywhere on the hinge? Or maybe so bolts popped out somewhere?

I'm thinking maybe the bolts holding the hinge to the fender (not hinge to hood) came loose somehow. I guarantee if I were there I could figure this out in minutes.

agreed it shouldn't be too hard to see what went wrong just by looking at it .. open the hood a little bit and then take a picture

Yeah that would be helpful, get a picture of the hinge attaching to the fender (or where it should be). And a picture of the hinge attaching to the hood.

So when i went to take pics o the hinge and hinge mounts i noticed my hinge was bent how it happened i have no idea...

There's your problem... lol looks like its time for some new hinges.

Nah im going to take it to the next level, ditch the stock hinges time to reverse the hood!

well i got another stock hinge since my reverse hood kit didnt fit as planned the stock hinge is temporary, until i can get my handson a welder then ill get another reverse hood kit and make it work or possibly do a split hood and make some mounts to where the grill and hood arent connected.
but im going to worry about system wheels and cleaning up the bag set up first.

My hood closes now. I got a hinge off of an old truck from a salvage the hinge is white but its fine for now to me atleast i can drive the truck agian :-)
And when i goy the truck the hood never shut quite right i guess the hingewS always bent junt not as bad as what it did to me the other day. But now i completly closes looks way better

my window frME DID THE SAME, IT GOT TO WHERE THE WINDOW WOULDNT ROLL UP(sorry for the all caps im not fixing it) so i had to bend it straight. i really need to replace it but honestly that scares me
