Oklahoma Coffee and Cars - Penn and Memorial Jan 7th and Marc Heitz Chevy - Jan. 21st

Just saw on Facebook that Oklahoma, and Norman specifically, is finally getting with the program and starting it's own Coffee and Cars event! If you aren't familiar with this it's an awesome cruise-in event that's completely informal with no classes, no trophies, no rules on what vehicles can show up, etc.

From what I've seen on the web it's going to be held at Marc Heitz Chevrolet in Norman, Ok on Jan 21st from 8am-11am. I WILL be there with a clean ride...anyone else wanna show and represent the Oklahoma Ram Club? I'll be bringing a lawn chair and some ORC cards and just chill with some free coffee.

Just found out there's an OKC one as well the first Sat of each month also so this Saturday (the 7th) they will meet again! From what I understand it's everything from rat rods to Lambos.

The OKC event is held at Starbucks on Penn and Memorial from 8am - 11am....I think I'll go to this as well.

I'll definitely be at the one at Marc Heitz on the 21st. Not sure about this Saturday though. Glad to hear they're finally getting this up and going! I'll be bringing some cards to.

Went this morning, what a gathering! Probably 200 cars or so, definately some awesome metal! I was the solo truck in the field, and the Vararam got more looks than the viper next door! Weird but true! The 440 six pack GTX owner was impressed! Hope to see everyone at the 21st meet!I'll post up a link to pics in a bit for the people sleeping in :)

Hot damn there were some nice vehicles there! I was supposed to go but the kiddo wasn't cooperating and by the time I got him under control and ready it was like 945. I'll definitely be at the 21st meet.

Eh...I used to love the Viper as a kid but I quickly fell out of love with them. Honestly I would take a high powered Vette first.

I'll try to make it on the 21st, I didn't have the truck anyway. Wouldn't try to show it off with the big key mark on the door. Also, by then my system will completed and in the truck...

I agree with you David, I would still choose one over a Vette just because you see them 10 to 1 over a Viper... A Lingenfelter would be nice though!

I liked the 1300 RWHP Viper with a parachute.....150+ in the quarter mile!
