Couple mods..

So my dodge had no carpet in it thanks to last owner, so ill be bedlinering the floor board today so its not so bad looking for now, has stock cd player so it will be gettig a pioneer cd player, theres no speakers in the doors at all, so ill be installing pioneer 6"x9" i the doors, and the speakers behind the seat will be 6 1/2" pioneers, then it will get pioneer 12" subs and a pioneer amp. Only reason im doin pioneer subs and amp instead on my rockford stuff is bacause i want everything to be matching brand.

There will be carpet eventually but for now i just wanted something other than a scratched up floor board.

so this weekend im going to tint my windows with 5% all the way around both doors the back glass, and a tint strip on the windshield. windshield strip will probably be a 10" strip havent decided for sure but it will be low.

also ive decided that im going to order a roll pan probably next friday, then when i take it to my buddys for use to install it, going to pull the dent out of my hood and hail dent out of each door than im going to take it home and sand the whole truck and do a new paint job. its going to be all black in side and out. (might try finding some plasti dip everyone talks about and do my stock wheels black until i can get some 22s)

its going to be sick. chrissy gave me the go ahead to upgrade the system in the tahoe so i can get my car audio fix. im sure car toys is tired of me hanging out there(my friend is a manager). the stoc bose is pretty bad ass so all im doing is replacing the factory navi and adding a removable sub enclosure either a single 8" or 10' Type-r. here is the hu im looking at

i am a big fan of mechless decks and chrissy will not stray from iphone so i think it will work. only drawback i see is the dvd part because the kids watch a lot of movies while we are driving. but this streams netflix so i wouldnt have to use the aux input anymore... i found it for 299.00 on amazon.

So bad news the reverse hood kit would not go on the dodge since the hood bracing wouldnt line up to the bracets... I dont own a welder or grinder to fab anything to fit... Good news i did instal it on my tahoe!! :-)

ill post a pic in just a few there not slides tho. yea i should tuck a 22, im tucking 265 75 16 so a 265 35 22 is even smaller in diamerter so it should tuck a 22 with room to spare, i could probably tuck a 4 under here

ordered a air tank today, going to trash this old 5gal single port tank and install a new 8.5 gal with 8 1/2" ports. mounting the tank and comps under the bed, raise bed floor is going to get raised to where the gas tank is also unseen, then tube the rear, box some battery spots in and hidden, going to run some new air lines these arent in bad shape but i may as well do it so i know what all is going on. and then im guessing by the time this is done the paint on the bed will be unly looking which leads to a new paint job!!

Well frame work is done! Bed will go back on soon and get some measurements for tubing the rear end in and ive got to measure out a fuel line since im going to put my gas tank back by the tailgate.

Well started sanding and panting my frame until it got to dark to tell what i was going then i redone my headliner with black fabric came out good just waiting on the sun to come up so i can install it, ill post pics later

Well a few guys wanted me to share pics of my work, starting with my old rusted frame i sanded it, primered it, then shot it with a metallic cobalt blue!

I did my headliner in black, shaved the sunvisors, and hook that was at the back kept the dome light but painted it intense blue to match the stock dodge color

Thanks guys, the frame is amazing looking to me i couldnt have wanted anything better with the way it came out, i crawled under this truck looking for rust sanded it all that i seen and primered it all before paint, im just glad that i decided to keep an build this truck after getting it and discovering all that it needed i was ready to junk this truck but then i thought why not give it a shot just to see if i can bring it back to life (project rebirth), and i think that im getting it done and im gla ive got the suport from most of you guys on ORC! Im going to keep on doing things to this truck little by little

Well got my new mirrors today, they have LED turn sigals in them, it can either be wired to blue turn lights or amber, im going to wire it for a blue turn light, first the black part will be color matched intense blue!
