I've been looking all day for some aftermarket front badges for my ram and I can't find squat. anyone have any suggestions? I may just go with plasti-dip.

save or shave? .... i like the badge i think it looks so plain without a badge on a stock grille .. now on an aftermarket one without the center it's different obviously

Yeah, I agree. If you have a grille with the cross bars i looks better with the badge. One without the cross bars is a different story...

You should color match the outer shell and black out the inner bars...

That is my plan as a matter of fact!! And all black wheels, powdercoat my exhaust tips black, black projector headlights, darker tint. The entire truck will be chrome free.

I was actually thinking of plasti-dipping my cross bars and keeping the outer ring sunburst orange

I actually cut the ram out of my rear badge, cleaned it up and filled it with epoxy, and painted it. When I finished, I had a local guy stretch a POW decal over it and then shot it with about 10 layers of clear coat.

I wanted to do the badges myself and see how they turned out. I think they turned out nice, but the time and effort...and learning curve...I'd have BillitBadges make me some one-offs instead....Especially the time I put into the rear badge.

Amen, White with NO CHROME! I scuffed my tips and shot them with high temp vht flat black. This stuff is damn near as durable as PC.
