2011 F150 Crew Cab (5.5'?) It's the shortest bed available from Ford.

prolly next week.. I have a concert to go to saturday Aaron Lewis and Blake Shelton.. I want to run all new pipe from the headers back and im prolly going to have it dumped after the rear axel.. I'm tired of seeing exhaust sticking out from the back of the truck.

My next mod is Headers and a CAI of some kind... Any suggestions on a set of headers?

pacesetter LT

Definitely LT if you want top speed power...I, however, am one of the few that loved my mid-lengths from Doug Throley (the "Tri-Y's). My buddy I bought them from had them before a full Pacesetter setup and still liked the torque of the Tri-Y's better...just saying...you will use the power of LT's more if you like to run on the track, but I think mid-length (on 3rd gens) is better for the street.

Long tube.....

don't you have to move the cats back if you run LT's?

Was reading a few threads where people had some problems wit the LT's for the Hemi's

eBay is the lowest I found. $634 shipped.

For the street, I would go with shorties or mids.

Damn, why can't they make cheaper headers for 4th gens? I'd drop $250 on mids or shorties in a heart beat.

That's a freaking steal dude! I would put those on the CC if they had them for the 4th gen...see if you can find a matching y-pipe.

I'm looking for a Y pipe now.. was looking at the magnaflow Y pipe.

Matt I'm going to dump it "after" the rear axel

i know that's what i'm asking is why you're going over the axle and dumping it after vs before the axle bc i imagine the muffler is going to be before the axle so your "dump" is going to go up and over the axle and then down ... or am i confused ?

yes over the rear axel and then dumped.. I'll have it brought over the rear axel high and when it starts it's bend down i'll prolly go 3 or 4 inches and cut off the rest.

I'm just tired of seeing the exhaust outlet at the rear of the truck, just looks out of place.

That's why I just cut mine back to where it's just over the axle, made it a little louder to which I like

3" mandrel bend stainless steel exhaust pipe. haven't decided if I'm going to sell that yet or not

When I ran the Doug Thorleys they came with their own pipe...maybe "crossover pipe" is a better term to use...they were flanged to bolt directly to the headers and were shaped like a "Y" to move the exhaust all to the passenger side to run it the rest of the way back.

On a side note....... I just had my AT3030 installed! And I Fucking love it..

I'll get some videos up tonight...

Still haven't found a shop to throw my headers on but I'm still liking for a shop that will do it
