I'm selling my Vararam intake. Nothing wrong with it at all, just going in a different direction. It's been installed for about 5k miles and has been cleaned and oiled once, less than 1000 miles ago. Price is $325 shipped, and I'll also include the cleaner and oil that's only been used once. For those in Tulsa, I can meet you and take off $20...

Well, I guess I am going to keep it. I was considering going with the S&B since it's a sealed design but it doesn't fit the 2500...

I wonder what kind of performance I would see with the LMI mid tube and stock box with a new drop in filter? This might be a better option for me...

the VR not enough performance? I can't see the LMI and a drop in filter being better than a VR

Not looking for more performance. When playing in the mud, I get lots of crap under the hood and I don't want the exposed filter to get covered in mud... I like the idea of having a sealed system, but I think I will just leave it as is and not worry about it...

My LMI is pretty good dude.. I'm sure it will feel even better when I get my throttle body installed. I personally think you would like the LMI..

If Jesse wants my Vararam, I'll get the LMI with a Green Filters drop in. The Vararam uses a Green Filter and seems like it's a very well made filter. I know I might take a drop in performance, but hey, it's a 7500 lb beast of a truck! At least I will know that I'm not going to trash a perfectly good intake system by playing in the yucky stuff...

I ordered the LMI mid-tube from Moes today. The stock intake went back on a couple days ago and you can definitely feel a decrease in power, especially when you punch it on the highway.

The Vararam is sitting in the garage now. I'll clean it up and find a box to ship it in, let me know when you are ready for it!
